Summit Village: Summit VillageLocated at the intersection of MO 50 Hwy and Colbern Rd, adjacent to the Unity World Headquarters at Unity Village, this 300-acre master-planned office park is close to nearly 800,000 sf of amenities in two destination and lifestyle shopping centers for office employees. Its convenient access to I-470 make the location an ideal reverse commute accessible to over 50% of the region’s labor force within 20 minutes. Nearly 2,000,000 sf of office is planned for this unique and accessible location.


New LongviewNew Longview: Located at 3rd St and View High Rd, New Longview combines classic Kansas City architecture with the magnificent beauty of the R.A. Long estate. Transforming significant historical structures into useable community centers and landmarks is the signature of the community. Choices are abundant, with over 1,100 residences, 600,000 square feet of office and retail space, parkland and modern conveniences inspired by traditional neighborhood design.


The View High Green Project : 300+ acre master planned,mixed use development on the north and side sides of I 470 between View High Drive and Pryor Road.  The project will provide a new western gateway to Lee’s Summit and serve as a new attraction to draw those looking for new Class A office space, entertainment, restaurants, recreation and lodging.

The initial project will be the development of a new sports complex featuring 15 new synthetic turf fields for soccer, lacrosse and rugby including a 3500-5000 seat championship field, sand volley ball pits, a clubhouse, and biking & hiking trails.

Adjacent to the sports complex is the “village” that will provide office space, hotels, new entertainment and restaurant venues as well as new upscale apartments.

Future plans call for new office buildings, a full service hotel and conference center on the southeast quadrant of the View High Drive and I 470 axis.


airplanepicLS Municipal Airport: The City of Lee’s Summit owns and operates the Lee’s Summit Municipal Airport, conveniently located in the heart of one of the fastest growing regions of the country located just east of Kansas City. There are over 50 acres of site for airport related activities. Soon, the City will have over 5,000 feet of runway. Currently two runways: a 4,000 foot x 75 foot runway and a 3,800 foot x 75 foot runway. The airport has 23 buildings plus ties down spots that house approximately 172 aircraft the goal of the Lee’s Summit Municipal Airport is to provide you with fast, friendly service and the best prices in the Kansas City area.


Summit Technology Campus : Summit Technology Campus (STC), 777 NW Blue Parkway, is located within 1 mile of Summit Woods and Summit Fair shopping centers. STC is  an outstanding, large-scale office site ideally suited to accommodate office, call center, data center or light manufacturing operations. At just over 1.0 million square feet, STC offers ample space for most applications. AT&T originally developed the property as a microelectronics manufacturing facility. The resulting infrastructure has proven to be well-suited for data center and disaster recovery tenants. This property features two high security buildings, both served by three fiber optic providers and two independence power grids. Approximately 100 acres remain for future mixed uses retail, office and residential.

MO 50/ Blackwell Rd Interchange: At Lee’s Summit’s eastern border, sites over 1,000 underdeveloped acres soon to be serviced by a new interchange.  Future development should include mixed uses of community level retail, offices, apartments and single family residential.
